Do I need Google Tag Manager if I already have GA4?

GTM and GA4 serve different purposes. GA4 is the analytics platform where your data lives; GTM is the tag management system that controls how tracking is deployed. Most setups benefit from both – GTM makes it far easier to add, update, and manage tags without developer involvement on every change.
